Identification
Field identification of chemicals stored or in use at the company. This identification is the basis for the Chemicals Inventory, which is used in the evaluation of chemical agents (in accordance with Regulatory Standards).
Obtaining
Request or obtain MSDS's / FDSR's from the respective suppliers. We check the websites and computer systems of these companies or get in direct contact by email / phone.
Evaluation
Critical analysis of MSDS's and FDSR's, obtained from suppliers, to assess adherence to the applicable legal requirements and the standards of the NBR 14725 series.
Control
The MSDS and FDSR's being in compliance (compliance), these are inserted in our WEB Cautus system - Chemical Control module.
Update
Periodically, at least annually, the E2S Consultoria team checks the updating of the suppliers' MSDS and FDSR's, evaluates and updates the control (Cautus system).
Customers are informed whenever an MSDS or MSDS is changed in the system.
