ISO 22301 - Business continuity management system
ISO 22301 specifies the requirements for a business continuity management system (SGCN) and reinforces the importance:
a) understand the needs of the organization and the indispensability of establishing policy and objectives for business continuity;
b) operate and maintain response processes, capabilities and structures to ensure that the organization survives disruptions;
c) monitor and critically analyze the performance and effectiveness of the SGCN;

2) creates competitive advantage;
3) protects and improves your reputation and credibility;
4) contributes to organizational resilience;
- Financial perspective:
1) reduces legal and financial exposure;
2) reduces direct and indirect disruption costs;
- Perspective of interested parties:
1) protects life, property and the environment;
2) considers the expectations of the interested parties;
3) provides confidence in the organization's ability to succeed;
- Perspective of internal processes:
1) improves your ability to remain effective during disruptions;
2) demonstrates proactive control of risks effectively and efficiently;
3) addresses operational vulnerabilities.
