In September 2015, the new version of ISO 9001 was published.

 

The main changes of the new version were:

• Emphasis on Risk Mentality ;

• Concept of documented information;

• Reformulation for the service area. The standard becomes more generic and

easy to understand.

• And the prominent role given to Leadership in all stages of the QMS.
